PSP Thin and Lite Case

I have been looking for accessories for my PSP thin.... where are they? all the local stores have nothing much to offer but the TV Component cables. I really want a nice case ..I did find a case online at http://www.renchi.com/ . Let me know if you see any around in the stores. <<UPDATE>> I just went to Circuit City last night and they had this case, so I got one. I'm trying it out now.

Week#9 the Digital World

This week we saw a video that was a Library Musical, It was quite entertaining. I really like the expressions on the patrons who were caught off guard. We also learned about copyrights and DRM. I have seen many different opinions on the matter. I'm not sure where I stand on any of them. The link onCopyright Laws did help alot tho. All this stuff is kinda new to me so I'm still digesting all the info. I do like the idea of being able to hear music before you buy it. I also looked at LastFM and Music Map. I like how they can help you find more music similar to groups that you like. *Hey! I also added a widget to my blog... IT'S PONG!!! check it out near the bottom of the page. I got it from Springwidgets. Play and have fun*

I posted some pics taged 101central...I'm still waiting for them to show up. In the mean time I put some links to my Flickr pics on the side under Library Links .. check them out.

The Web 2.0 course has been a great learning opportunity. I have discovered alot of stuff I did'nt know and have new resources I'll keep using. We have group learning and share what we discover. It's also been fun and its nice to help others learn new things.

Week #6 and the Library Thing

____________________________________________________________________

Wow! that Wikimapia is really cool tool ! Library Thing is nice, great for sharing personal collection information. Bookmooch is a good way to share books you have enjoyed but no longer want to keep. My favorite for now is What Should I Read Next?. This site helps you find other books similar to the type of books you have read. Looking around on the Web I found a blog about PDAs and e-books called "The Handheld Librarian ". The site also has some cool links to.
I also found a OCLS page called NetLibrary. It has information on e-books, e-journals, and e-audiobooks.

I added the sites to my new list for Library related links on the side. Check them out.

Hello Week 4

Wow it's week four already?

This week's course really put 2.0 in perspective for me. We got to see a video called "Web 2.0" that showes how technology has changed some, but more so how people use it in connecting with each other. It was good to see OCLS on Myspace and Youtube. It gives me a good feeling knowing we are reaching people on the Web. I really like SEOmoz. I like the way you can go there and see all the Web sites in a list by category and summaries on what they are. One site I found called Arcaplay has great games that are presented in Flash, so you don't have to save anything to your computer. They are fun and free. check it out in my list of links :) the Space Fighter game is much like Asteroids...coool

Week 3 : Eye on Bloglines

This week on Learn 2.0 we got introduced to Bloglines and Grokker. Bloglines is a really nice, FREE service that lets you get RSS feeds. Bloglines has a great list of feeds to chose from. Some of the feeds I got were Engadget, PC magazine, Nature, and the OCLS's Orange Slices. I like that all this info comes to me at one location, instead of going from web site to web site. The RSS feeds kinda remind me of a magazine subscription. Grokker is
a great search engine. Unlike other sites Grokker gives you options on how you view your search results like, Outline View and Map View. I did my search on robots and the Outline View gave me great list of web sites broke down into categories, like robots in news, movie robots, robot collections, and more. The Map View put my search results in a group of category circles containing tabs with page links. Each circle also had layers. Entering a category circle kinda reminds me of digging through a file cabinet.. it was kinda neat but I prefer the Outline view. Well that's all for now, Hope all you blog readers out there have fun!
